Nice watch! But what happened to the dial? Is the scratch on the dial or just reflection from the plexi?

Correct. I boinked the plexi. It absolutely gutted me when it happened, but now my thinking is that it's just part of the natural aging process we see in real vintage pieces.

Also I do not know how to change crystals haha.

Will that be enough? It seems sort of deep, polywatch only works on superficial scuffs right? Not outright scratches.

I have taken some pretty good scratches out. Hell, I have wet sanded off plexi cyclops and polished it with polywatch.
