So far got @TheSociety built tropical 6538 big crown and 1655 explorer II. A couple more are spoken for too.
Also have a tc v7 extreme ln which I wanna beef up with a gen 3135 and a blue dial and blue insert. That will be my beater smurf.

It was close tie between a milgauss 1019 and a 6542....the 6542 took it!!

You bought His 6538 AND his 1655/>?? I am considering his 6541 currently....

I love the PanAm 6542 albino, and you hit the ball out of the park with that glowing Bakelite bezel :D
That watch is also on my list and I need that Bakelite glowing bezel too!
Sometime back @TheSociety and I were joking about that we should we put radioactive tritium in that bezel to make it as close as possible to gen.
This original watch was called back by Rolex due to suspicion of excessive radioactivity...LOL...

On his 6541 Milgauss, it is a piece of art, period. He just finished building it and I know that he wasn't gonna sell it at all if not for his other build.
The only thing that kept me from snatching the 6541 also is that I wanted a more tropical dial for my collection of vintage Rollies. You should look up the original build thread if not already done!
