Did a little work on the 1655 this weekend. Slightly aged the case and bracelet. New Clark crystal. Early thick font bezel and aged the lume a bit. Not sure if I'm feeling it. it's not quite the desired look I'm after. Going for a light creamy lume look

I like what you've done to your 1655 @Jsebwc. Wear it, take some time and you will see if you want to change the lume.

The dial differentiates a $40k gen vs $55k gen. Sounds so crazy but such is the world of vintage Rolex I suppose!

This one is built from all gen parts. Even has a fresh Omega 1120 movement. The lume is natural except the 1 and 2 oclock markers that I repaired.
