Silex is the same size insert as 16610 . You have to reduce the diameter slightly and remove the ledge on back with a dremel if it has one.

Thanks for this information, [MENTION=17786]Hugop[/MENTION]. I am also waiting for my new bezel insert for Silix as I don't like the beat-up aging on mine.

With so many parts available at such affordable prices, everyone should have a vintage Datejust in their collection. I have 6, but this dial is my favorite ;)

Not always. It's weird but some of the ebay ones fit fine. But you never know which one. :lol:

I bought 2 off the bay from different sellers, one fit fine, the other I had to modify.
