Latest Yachtmaster with Gen Weight from K Factory

K Factory (aka KF) has recently released their latest gen weight variant Yachtmasters.

Yachtmaster 226659 and 226658 are both measured to be 174 grams by factory, which is similar to the gen, and 126655 rose gold model which is measured as 156grams.

KF says that they are using higher quality gold plating, and ensured detailed engravings on the lugs.

That rose gold looks good, now with the near gen weight, it is tempting. Never heard of this factory and only question I have is how is the quality of that bezel? Looks suspect in certain photos.

The dog engraving is absolutely hilarious, though not in any way a dealbreaker for me or something I'd give two shits about while wearing it.

I’ve been keeping an eye on these and iirc this is the only to achieve gen weight so far. If you want to confirm, there’s a thread here for the Gold Factory version posted by JTime iirc.

Yes the KF weight is spot on (although all of the weight increase seems to be in the case and none in the clasp).
I'm curious to see how the yellow gold plating color compares to gen. I believe this is always the biggest tell, most are to dark/copper colored....
