Why? We have plenty already and they can all be trusted. I really don't see why you need to consider more.

FYI, my personal experiences with King in the past ranged from poor to just ok.

Thanks, I think the problem was with some links that worked in the old forum but not in the new one after the transfer. I thought I had updated all of them... I checked them again and they seem ok now. If you find any links that don't work, please let me know and I'll fix them.

These dealers have gone through a thorough vetting process and have been tried and tested by many members. Combined, they can get you any rep you want and their prices are honest. You can buy safely from them, and if anything goes wrong you'll get help. If you shop anywhere else, you're on your own... Simple as that.

Hi Rooster, i really appreciate your job and contribution to produce these charts and information for RWI members. without a doubt, they are very useful for those who buy Reps, and also very inspiring for those who sell reps (Like us) to make reflection and then to improve or to keep high rating.

And here i have my suggestion for you:

is it possible to make the dealer ratings each month and to do similar survey each season? You know, information should be updated frequently to better serve all the members here. And it will be very useful to supervise dealer's job in each period, and not just the year 2009 or Sep. 2009.I think, members will be very happy to see more threads like this appear RWI.

Dear WE, thank you for stopping by and making a post. It's great to see a positive response from a dealer. Some other dealers in the past just took a head-in-the-sand approach... And thanks a lot for your suggestion... I agree that increased frequency would be good, and actually, that' s something I have thought about before. Having said that, I'm getting the feeling that some noobies are using these ratings blindly and see it as a substitute for careful research . I never wanted for these ratings to just direct noobs to a dealer over another. My purpose was primarily to motivate dealers to be customer focused and raise their game... So, I'm seriously considering not ranking dealers anymore in the future. It is possible that if I do run another survey in the future it will focus only on issues such as "what makes a dealer a good dealer", "what customers look for in a rep dealer" etc. We'll see... But it is likely that I'll take a general approach, designed to show you and the other dealers what you can do to be a more successful dealer, rather than rating you guys. I hope that makes sense.

whatever you do roost it will be appreciated by all including the dealers ...........the ranking can be a bit iffy for some of us .but the figures speak for themselves ......keep up the good work mate ......................

To avoid the huge job Rooster is doing for free, on his own time, maybe a solution would be to have an online form that does every rating automatically : I am convinced that a regular Top10 of the dealers would benefit both the members and the dealers.
I know it's easy to say, more problematic to do. But that might be a simple step for someone who knows how phpbb works.
