Latest Noob Rolex V7 vs Gen

Then I must be on drugs because I have the v7 and out of all the reps I have owned (plenty) the v7 is flat out amazing. It might not be perfect In Macro shots but every day life is not a macro shot. The watch feels amazing and puts a smile on my face every time I wear it.

Everyone has other opinions on that I have lots of meetings at evenings and the insert was an instant tell. So when they fix that I would buy one but not now.

Really ? A rehaut engraving is a deal breaker ? And some paint in a bezel? You can barely see the damn rehaut , and NOBODY will see it on you. Same thing with the bezel I have had the v7 and gen in hand side by side. The v7 is SCARY GOOD.

The v7 insert with the spongbob mod should look good. I have a DSSD insert with the spongbob mod and it looked perfect!

Yes but that costs 200 Dollar and its not save for every country.

Thats true but when you live in EU its hard to get it thats the problem why I dont have one.

If you send just the insert you should have No problems. It doesn't say Rolex on it and other watches use inserts that look like that. Just don't send the whole watch

Yeah but then i need a new Insert because its easy to crack them costs 80 Dollars + shipping (if you get one from Noob...) Then i need one who can put the new one on the watch at the end i pay like 700-800 dollars and sorry but its not worth for me i like Reps out of the box dont like modding etc i had very bad experience with it

Thanks for taking the time to post this.

People do need to remember we are discussing macro pictures of a Gen watch sat next to its counterpart which in some cases costs over 20 time less.....If the insert bothers you that much just swap it out for gen. You'll have a superb rep still at a fraction of gen price.

Has the Noob v7 subc no Date the same build quality?
I think it’s more gen like, cause you don’t have problems with cyclops

The same fundamental problems keep occurring. Poor bezel inserts , seem to lack the pop of gen .bezel marker fade and greatest give away Is they never seem to get close to gen bezel action . First two problems can be sorted with a little work . Gen bezel action may prove hard to replicate though. As states previously there will always be some fundamental flaws as gen is 8k and reps 400 bucks.
