I have been looking into PAM382 Bronzo - I'm falling in love with that watch. I've seen on the forum and in the guides that there is no super rep for this one yet.. however I came over KW 2015 version, which is claimed to be 1:1 with Seagull movement. Could anyone of our respected elders spread some light of the matter of late latest and greatest Bronzo and also give an advice on which one to get...

Here is the one kind of KW, I think: http://www.intime.co/panerai-submersible/2095-pam382-n-bronzo-zf-1-1-best-edition-v4.html

and here is another (numerals on the dial look way different): http://www.kuvarsit-watch.com/panerai/1-1-kw-pam382-bronze-p.9000-movement-seagull-movement/

Thanks so much, friends! Ura to 100,000!!!:punk:

You can't go wrong with kW. Suggest buying the KW version with seagull movement. Only issue is that the seagull movement can be replaced but not serviced if it breaks down due to part availability. The seagull movement is known to be very reliable however.

I have kw v3 on a 7750, with a nice patina in the making... I do not see what else I would need or any super 1:1 etc... for me that is already perfect ;)

Get the KW Seagull one.

I've got the KW V2, it's not perfect but I'm in love with it

I ordered the PAM382 with A7750 (easier to repair if need to else Seagull is supposedly a more reliable movement?), which, according to the TD is the most current KW. He said some called it V3, some called V4.
Just waiting for timegraph before I approve them.

I think it's ZF not KW... same as here: http://www.intime.co/panerai-submersible/2095-pam382-n-bronzo-zf-1-1-best-edition-v4.html
and http://www.pure-time.com/product/pa...on-brown-distressed-calfskin-strap-zp9000-v4/

and here are the KW ones:

and http://www.kuvarsit-watch.com/panerai/1-1-kw-pam382-bronze-p.9000-movement-seagull-movement/

Now you make me wonder... below is the exact reply I received from the TD.:nerd:

"That is the point. I told you this is latest version. Someone call it v3 some one call it v4. But this is the latest kW 382 .... You may call it v4. "

Wow that New Gen is so shiny... the bevel indicator markers are also polished real nice. damn why cant reps have the polishing done on bezel edge like that and indicator markers.

In general I always try to go with the KW watches. The idea that they have that gen "feel" is very true. I bought the z factory V2 because at that time KW had not upgraded to a V2 so I thought it was the better more close to gen watch. Really you can't go wrong with either watch at this point. Minor upgrades have been made and the reset is a very close to gen look. If I had to buy a 382 today I would go with the KW. Major reasons ate that gen like feel and the strap I have heard this watch comes with is pretty good so less of a need to upgrade.

One other point is we know that the KW watch is true bronze as per Ale's analysis. No such analysis has been completed with the z factory watch.

To be completely fair and accurate, the sample provided to ALE specifically for the purpose of material testing was conclusively analyzed as bronze. ;)

Is there any difference between latest KWs (7750 vs Seagull) besides the movement and position of the balance wheel? Thanks!

There are no differences leaving aside movement
