LAST ORDER from Chazing

This is about my 3rd and last order from this “TD” that ended up beeing a SCAM.

My 1st order was for a breitling superocean from GF. Everything was fine and after several months I placed another order for the exact same watch. In addition to that I even wrote them an email sayin I want the exact same watch, same color, from the same factory.
After a while I received QC photos of the watch in another color. I didn t approve and they replace it for a watch that looked very bad even in the photos and I refused that one also. The 3rd time photos looked good and I said ok.
It wasn t ok!

First of all the watch was not new. It has scratches and signs of wear. It lacks protection film. It is a DISASTER.

They sent me the exact same watch I didn t approve. You can see clearly the misaligned date and also the bracelet that is installed upside down in both qc photos (coincidence?).

But the biggest problem is its quality. I payed for a superclone from GF and they sent a cheap replica from OXF (probably) hoping I won t notice. Please see the triangle camparison between my first watch (left) and this one. It is outrageous!

You can see from the photos the huge difference in quality. The bezel movement is a disaster. It make some strange noises and it feels like a piece of cardboard that is gonna come off.
The gold color on the bezel margins is so washed out you can t even tell it is gold and not silver.

Of course the guy didn t care te reply to any of my email.

I would stay away from this seller. If he has a chance he will scam you.
Many of us don t know exactly how the watch is suppose to look and they send a cheap replica even though we pay more for a super clone from a good factory.

Before opening a thread where you're dramatically screaming "SCAM" (uppercase writing has been considered screaming in forum culture since at least the 90s, if not even since the early Usenet days in the 70s/80s), you would have had the option to contact RWI staff to help you with an issue with a TD that has RWI's trusted status first.

Did you pull that option?

Yes it is a scam. A payed for something expensive and I got something cheap. I payed for GF and I got OXF.

I didn t know about the option of contactic rwi. But I dont t really understand how that can help me. The transaction was between me and the seller.

Ps: still didn t understand what is so funny about beeing scamed

I don t need RWI stuff to confirm it is a scam. It is obvious! I received a scratched and used watch and nobody is replying to my emails.
I payed 428$ for a watch and received a 200$ second hand one.
What exactly is not clear here?

The dealers that have TD status on RWI are thoroughly vetted and do not get this status awarded if they do not meet certain very strict criteria, as well as having to go through a probation period to prove their seriousness. Chazingtime has this status.

If you have a legitimate problem with a TD, you can engage the help of RWI supermods who can act as mediators between the customer and the dealer to ask the TD to rectify the situation. This has happened successfully in the past.

Since you have made up your mind and don't want any help, consider this case closed. The End.

That is correct. I don t need help. What could be the solution to send the watch back and wait another month? So 3 months without my money or my watch? The only solution would be a partial refund. At least the difference from what I payed (new GF) to what I received (scratched OXF) and I just want other people to learn from my experience and don t buy from scammers.

You think I scratched the watch both sides and then made the photos? I can proof that the photos were made 10 min after receiving the watch from the postal office. Like I said there were no stickers

If you cared to learn about the forum instead of just posting your rants everywhere you would know rwi does support in case of disputes. Throwing accusations here and elsewhere won't help your position any bit, it's a solvable issue except you continue acting like this.

I don t know what a help desk ticket is. Appreciate the help but I didn t know about that..no one told me about any thicket.
I don t spend much time on the forum I don t know everything.
Like I said I appreciate the help but if I am not aware of it or I don t know what to do..

I am very busy and I can t take the time learnig about the forum. Sorry for that.
I am not throwing accusations. What I said is true and I also posted photos proofing that. It s not just words in the wind like you say.
The idea is to make sure this won t happen in the future.
If I solve this issue and they keep doing this ..that is not good.
If I didn t have the first watch that was actually from GF ..I wouldn t have known the watch I have now is not the one I payed for.
I am sure many are scammed like this and they don t even know

To sumup: if you think I don t deserve help and I did something wrong here ..that s fine.
But please do something to prevent this from happening again. Like me there are others that don t even know they received something else that they payed for.
So use your energy to do that instead of blaming me I don t know every forum rule.

Please read again! I said it s fine If I don t get help. I didn t even know that is possible.
The energy should be use to make sure things like that don t happen to others. That is exacty what I said. Not sure how you understood something else.
