I have similar issues with my KW 569 and KW 571. And both misaligned in the same direction as your watch! How coincidental! I've learnt to live with it. What I do is turn the dial and stop just before it clicks...it's now perfectly aligned but I don't know if that's gonna break the bezel retainer in the long run though...

Yeah I know it's not a lot, probably not noticeable to the others, but it ruins otherwise perfect watch :) I'm wearing it, as I said, I'm very satisfied with a watch and seagul movement is much quieter than movement in my gen Millgaus, and keeps time perfectly. Even my watchmaker was surprised with a movement :)
So, I didn't mean to complain (I know the rules of the game though), just, if I get this alignment, the watch will be perfect. Pay attention I'm not concerned if is it 100% gen-like, just with a beauty of the watch and quality of workmanship. Btw, pearl is just beautiful :)

You just need to access to the movement and nudge it a bit.
The gen will have similar issue.

ShiroTenshi's solution sounds good and fairly easy.
Open CB, remove stem, rotate slightly movement+mvmt ring. Dial is attached to the movment and should rotate with it hopefully enough to align with bezel.
That's if I got it right :)

Wow this is really good... the 15 and 30 markers are the only thing I see that needs a bit of attention to detail form these factories... its literally one of the first things you see. Not sure why they manage to screw this up 75% of the time with reps. Then the Dial alignment is off center. Still I don't understand why they screw this up as well. If these factories were to fix this issue I feel a lot of us would buy more reps. I know I would.

Great review. It is almost 6 weeks that I am waiting for mine to arrive. TD says it got hung up in HK. It is going back to them and then out to me. This review just heightens my anticipation. Thanks for all of your efforts.

Hi,

Great review there! nice looking watch!

Btw just want to check, is the submersible mechanical work on the rep? and do they even have the function of time hacking like the gen, ex: ability to move the hour dial independent of the others dial (my guess is not since they aren't the same movement per say as the gen, but who knows maybe a surprise?)

Thanks!

Great review! I wasn't a big fan of the submersible line but this one is certainly growing on me.

You can order the PAM508 from pretty much any TD. It has not been in shortage AFAIK as I have been able to buy it a few times already.
