This guy over on IG claimed to have the KW version 4 weeks ago. Also the pearl looks white.
I am very confused as our TDs were saying the manufacturer were struggling with the pearl 4 weeks ago.

These watches are ZF, not KW. I remember the disgusting strap!!! but the pearl of ZF is totally white.....
How difficult to make a white pearl?

KW382 has arrived. It is stunning, however I have to comment:
1. Bezel alignment with dial markers does not exactly click at the right position.
2. Due to a little bit of bezel looseness, we can push it a bit so it can be properly aligned.
3. Date alignment is not properly aligned. The foot of the font is a bit below date box.
4. Pearl is greenish.
5. Crown sits tight on the case.
6. CG lever feels very tight. Maybe I can give WD40 to loosen it?
Worst for me is no 3.

Supermirrors... its my understanding that all the TDs provide simmilar service and have access to the same products. We as members are buy no means promoters of any one TD, but Sead is the TD I have used since winning a "Give A Way" earlier this year that he donated and I have not been disappointed.
I know he stocked a limited number of KW382s and mine had solid QC pics. He was also able to source me a bronze buckle at a reasonable price.
I did it too, pls check QC carefully.... NOW I AM STILL QCing ( more than 4 times)
