DLC plating on 316L stainless steel. Perfect matt black finish

Movement looks like panerai P.3000 in-house movement based on high beat asian 6497-1

Sapphire glass %100 same specs. with Gen.

Black dial with super lume

High quality 26/22 asso strap

Caseback detailed and engraved 1:1 with Gen

oh dear as if i needed even more amazing reps like these to be released. sighs my poor bank account. on a side note, looking at pics of the gen, the lume on the hour markers and hands are darker than the normal faux patina lume, almost orange-ish.

pretty sure it's not any lighting issue or anything, cos all photos of the gen i've seen are the same orange colour, so in this regard the lume in this kw version is the wrong colour? any expert observations and opinions on this matter?

it cant be Made it with Genuine watch
color is way off, it should be pencil grey not matt black. that will be ridiculous for them to let this go into production if they have the gen to compare with.

Yes, case is too dark and lume seems less orange than gen, but it's so nice I think it's worth a go. Plus I read a fair price around 280 usd.

Really nice and very affordable price tag on this one, however with case colour more darker and incorrect lume color I guess I have to wait for V2

haha gotta agree with you on that one mate. but the case DOES look really good. maybe the best 1940 case available so far? love the beautiful lines and crown on ths 1940 rad case

I prefer the rep with the flaws than the gen the darker case and less orange lume is so much nicer !!

Case does look pretty good from their photos but still need comments from our guru ALE. I wouldn't say it wasn't as nice as gen but would prefer correct DLC and lume colour.

The quality of the pictures is quite bad - look at the black reflection in the CP.
We'll have to wait till we see better (daylight) pics of the case

I repeat my post in RWG regarding this matter. There are two gen links in RWG from watch.aholic and from Polonus in the introduction thread of KW for the new KW PAM 532

There are some differences even between gen links.

Maybe because one of them or both are no real watches for the market, but prototypes for presentation of the watch.


-Above mentioned gens have a little notch in the case to introduce the crown. In first link the noth goes from the front to the back. In the second link the notch is only in the back and doesn’t appear in the front. KW rep seemingly has not any notch.
-Lume colour in markers and hands is going from creamy to a clear brownish and in some watches there are differences between hands and markers. KW lume seems slightly creamy
-DLC case colour in gens goes from Lead pencil grey to very dark grey. KW rep seems dark grey.


We need to know what are the real features of the gen in order to evaluate appropriately KW rep.
Without a standard to follow all opinions will be useless

I think kw's pics are a tad on the dark side.. i have a hunch that it's dark charcoal grey and not black?

I'm sure the gen has the notch on the case since my 512 has it too. I don't think OP made different specs of 1940 case just for the 532.

EDIT: The notch/indent on the case can be seen. This is gen btw.

Thanks for your comment ALE very wise indeed. Hope members here can get some pics of gen for comparison. Want to see some actual photos of KW 532 as well if anyone here already bought it and expecting it on its way that'll be awesome
