I don’t have high expectations. Maybe a good player but a little late to the game. I don’t intend on trying King when I already know Clean and BTF are at the top. If someone is willing to gamble on a King and the reviews are consistently positive, then sure. Until then…

To be fair, I think King’s Hulk is pretty decent from what I’ve seen. And their OP41 is the best available IMO. So maybe their Daytona is worth a look. If it was a cheaper watch like the OP41 I would gamble. But again, when Clean and BTF are proven top tier factories then I can’t justify trying King yet.
One non-RWI TD I know is offering them for $750. Wondering if the meteorite dial 116509 is real meteorite. But I won't bite on it. I'm waiting for Clean to release a 116519 meteorite.
Not sure why every rep daytona has the same super red “Daytona”. The Daytona text at the bottom is a dark blood red almost a few percent purple on gen crazy none of them can figure it out by now.

Good thing is they're repping 116620's there hasn't been any pepper competition for CF on these so that may be good news

King made a really good Submariner as I recall. They don't get the presence on this forum they deserve, largely because so many here have a hard on for Clean. I'm definitely interested in having a closer look at their 11620 white. I ordered the CF for a friend a year ago, and was not impressed with it...

The font on SS bezels has always been a challenge regardless of factory. That's not to say we should accept it.

Apart from the fact that it's not a 116500 but a 116520 it looks pretty good to me
King is awful, check this out:
KING
QF
BTF
CLEAN (different model, same bezel)
GEN
The only one that is close, is clean. The rest are wrong. The easiest tell is the "N" in Units. Gen and clean the N doesn't have much of a gap.
