I Sent my Bk Sub 16610 to Katt with the minute hand fallen off, the watch would stop shortly after winding and he found another problem. The watch was repaired and back in my hands in less than a week. The watch is beautiful and running great and Katt was very professional and prompt. Thanks Katt.
