As a legal professional who is sitting reading ALL of you posts and indeed offered to help you on you “other” post, I am not witnessing any misrepresentation or lying from the TD. The people who gave you constructive criticism were met with profane abuse. I think it would definitely better for all, for you to leave the forum and if not I urge our MODS to put you in the Brig. We have a saying in my country that goes "Når hele verden går i utakt" which roughly translates to "when everyone else in the world is out of sync". It refers to a situation if you're in a position where you think EVERYONE else is wrong and you're the only sane one, you should probably rethink your stance as you might yourself be off kilter. Everyone takes the TD’s side because they usually make things right. TD said they replied to your emails and even offered the refund on the lost package.

Packages getting lost and watches arriving with issues isn’t an uncommon occurrence. You need to be patient with these things.
