So, I just pulled the trigger on a Steinhart Nav.B chrono. Blue hands, 44mm case, ETA7750 movement and classic flieger styling. I especially like how Gunter worked the big "6" from the main dial into the chrono subdial, slick! 8)

Eye candy from the web -- I'll post my pics as soon as I get it.

Awesome lume...
I don't have that style yet, as most reps of this kind are Big Pilot watches, way too big for my wrist.

Pix, this one is 44mm not including the crown/pushers.

I can't wait to get it.

At 665 Euros including shipping, this comes in just under $1K USD with today's rates. Nice!

I've been jonesing for a flieger-style chrono ever since I sold my Damasko DC66. This one fills that void VERY nicely and at less than 50% of the cost of the Damasko. I can't wait to get this bad boy in hand!!!! The only thing I'm contemplating doing is having a watchsmith shorten up the crown tube a bit, the crown sticks out just a touch too far for my tastes.

I am a little confused. I thought Steinhart is now replaced by Debaufre.

Correct me if I am mistaken.

Debaufre replaced the Steinhart name only in the US. Some sort of legal issue with using the Steinhart name in the US. I prefer the Steinhart name to Debaufre, so I ordered the watch straight from Steinhart in Germany. Gunter was a complete gentleman to work with.

Congrats, Hooligan. You now have a watch that probably should be 4 or 5 times more expensive!

I have a Steinhart--Nav. B Limited Edition--and it's a true beauty. But being a lover of the IWC 3717--I like your choice even better. The blue hands look really nice and give this piece it's own identity.

Well done.

Congratulations, it is a beautiful watch.
