Yes just got it! Some parts are delayed so I may not be able to mod this weekend. Only crystal perhaps today. This thing is amazing! I think all the old 2014 models have been updated. I wouldn’t be surprised if anyone bought a gold Themes now that the dial has improved also. Unfortunately the factories or dealers do not take new photos and update anyone. I think that’s just part of the industry. It would help if more members posted photos of watches they recently received on ones that we knew were terrible when released so we can see the improvements.

A agree - so many models are now better than before. Going to order a gold themes soon as i have seen an instagram seller who recently reviewed one with a bette gold color than the pinkish like the „V1“

Here are some photos of my v1 white ceramic by noob. I beadblasted it hoping to obtain a matte finish, but it did not work (not as matte as I wished). I then resorted to painting the parts with pure white EVA paint and the end result is simply gorgeous - though not perfect nor definitive.

the white ceramic AP44mm is a very very cool watch,wish they could get the matte ceramic finish ASAP

Very nice result! But does the paint last long or will it scratch easily?
I think as KVF did a great job on its matte bead blasted finish on their ceramic RM's i think it will be a matter of time till other factories jump upon the train too. The V2 looks decent regarding the translucence of the ceramic parts.
Decent summer watch!
Beadblasting the parts served as anchorage to the paint so that it wouldn't flake off nor be easily removed by the rubbing of cuffs and fingers. The photos - and the job - are more than one and a half year old. I seldom wear the watch, but the paint is still perfect, except for a damage I made by accidentally hitting one corner of the case against a hard object. Thus the paint lasts long but it can be scratched.

Sounds quite nice! Why do you think the bead blasting "gone wrong" or did not have the effect on the case that you wanted?
I once wondered if it would be possible to coat a stainless steel case with ceracote (ceramic coating for weapons and stuff like that) as it is highly protective against bumps and dings and especially scratches on bead blasted metal surfaces...
But as the new V2 is good OOTB then there would be no need for this idea.

it looks way better than older one. Nice depth of the date window.
I’m not sure what mods u are planing but Don’t shave tachy, DW position is not that noticeable on this watch

Please make a video once it's finished. Looks sweet.
It was not enough to make the case as matte as I would like it to be. It improved considerably the looks of the watch, but not quite as matte and solid as I wanted.
