JF AP 15400ST Gen vs Rep mini-review (BLUE)

Great photo with black dials side by side!! Rep is really close, but side by side you can obviously spot differences, i.e. 12 o'clock is crooked among other things.

Is it JF v3 or something else?

I have been looking into getting one of these for a while now and i think this review has just committed me into getting one!

So let's change it to a genuine dial. Then I suppose the crown is off also? I did own a 15400 last year in white dial that I sold. Looking to get another one but the prices have gone up, way up. Not so keen to pay that much more for a 15400. So I am thinking that maybe I should put in a genuine dial and call it a day..

By the looks of side by side, the quality of the rep is amazing. Now if it were only .5 mm thinner.

^doing a fair comparison on this watch requires the watch to be held in exactly the same angle/lighting....I’m kinda struggling to do that with x2 watches and an iPhone in my hand....doing my best not to knock the watches together and ding them. The finish on both is stunning but you only have to breath on them to scratch them. Seriously, these are both fucking scratch magnets.

Quick question- do you know what size the JF bands are? I have a JF v2 blue 15400 on the way and I was wondering what the width is at the end of the bracelet if I’m to change it. I see 26mm online for this 41mm watch. Is that correct? Does a gen bracelet match the JFs?
