If you have one of these on a bracelet and you want to convert to a leather strap, outside of getting Vic to make a strap, what else would you need to do? Where would you get the correct plots to convert ? I'm thinking about a Rose Gold JF V2 and it would be nice to have the flexibility of converting to a leather strap and back.

Any TDs can get you plots and deployment buckle for JF 15400.

as we don't know lighting, white balance and post processing applied, there is no way to compare internet pics to each other, our reps or gens. Only a physical side by side will work.
I have the rep and I've held the gen...but not side by side...my memory tells me that they were very close, but memory is incredibly unreliable too...

I don't think so. You put them next to each other in the same lighting and dial color will be pretty much the same.

If you see pics at chrono 24 there are lot of blue dial available I browsed all the pics imho i think it's not close. am confused between white & blue dial. I believe discussing here would help me to decide.

Well as someone already said above. The blue dial is like a chameleon, it changes its hue and shade drastically in different light. I held the gen in my hands, it is very close.

The chances you have of someone sitting next to you having the gen blue dial is very rare, much rarer than the black or white.
