To your question: Apparently it's an Instagram dealer (I checked). While this particular dealer doesn't necessarily have to be shady or unserious, some Insta dealers do have a reputation of being rather unreliable or outright scammers.
If you heard good things from other clients (who you know personally), then you can try your luck and you should actually be okay if you know someone who's vouching. But do so with utmost caution and vigilance and if you prefer a safer route, just order with one of our trusted dealers. That is my recommendation to any newbie.
