This is 42 mm, the gen is 39mm so either there is a different release which is 39 mm or the gen comparison pics above are not with a real gen !

Thanks for clarification and your effort!! so, the 1.4mm thicker than gen, now the question is why TDs list this product all 42mm, instead of 39mm? Are there two different products?

Sorry no idea it’s one size , best to measure it but it’s Gen replication really no idea

Yes the movements are completely different on the Gen Rep photo. The rep is clearly not a JLC movement Both the Mainspring barrel and Balance assembly are differently placed.

Not bad. I don’t mind the difference in rotor colour...it’s not like I will find a gen in real life to compare side by side with.

However the extra 20% case thickness is a deal breaker for me

It is only 11% fatter. Gen is 10.8 Rep is 12mm

I think this should be allowed on the grounds that this is a big issue. I'm wondering about size, of course would be a big tell wearing something in 42mm if it should be 39mm. But at 39mm, I wouldn't like it that much. I'm not interested in others opinions, but how many people could know this? Decisions, decisions....

I don't post QC pics as the TDs don't like it. However as soon as I receive the watch I will post a whole bunch of photos and a review.
