Gentlemen, I've following this thread from the start. Been a silent follower due to lack of experience. I need the experts advice. [emoji4]
Am I buy better off buying the TF blue dial? Or should I just wait for another JF version of the blue dial.

Well, that's it. No 15400 for me. No makers can remotely nail the blue 15400 apparently. Was hoping for a miracle but, nope.

I'd wait for the JF blue. I saw photos of it on another Chinese forum and it looks decent. The blue AP uses is offensive in my opinion. I have a blue dial AP tourbillon Royal Oak and the blue used on it is much nicer. Not sure why AP uses a different shade of blue for the 15400.

I would wait to see the video before making comment comments on this blue dial color. Sometimes the TDs don't use correct lighting when they take pics...

The Watchbus' pics already said it all. It's not studio pics. JF blue still has that metallic sheen, electric blue, which is nothing close.

Don't know what threads worse, this or the Iwc 5001:rollingonthefloor:

Either way I'm drawn to them both:len:

Blue dial : Nice movement, case finishing, bezel screws.
Same pimple dial, misaligned AP logo, misaligned marker at 3.
Wrong blue dial color, datewheel color is wrong too.
Could be a lighting issue, but initial impression is very disappointing.:cryingbadly:

A case of color blinded maker again...
I think I'll just go get the ZF 5001 Laureus. The only blue thing that doesn't fail.
It's better the Laureus or the ardoise? I really don't know which one to get...

Been silently following this thread from the start...the JF has too much red in the tint causing this nauseating shade of blue! I have the TF in blue and absolutely love it despite being off from the gen. Have not run into someone with a gen blue dial watch, so I doubt I will be caught out with a replica.

Perhaps, but the black datewheel certainly won’t fool anyone. Neither will those small bezel bolts.
Stick the logo and seconds hand on a TF, job done. Good enough for the money.
