Hi Amir,
Nice watch, one of my favourites.
Almost non of the chrono-rep's are waterproof and not easy to make so. But why would you want to go swimming with a watch with a leather strap? This is the kind of watch you wear when you sipping your champagne at the waterside!
About the movement: this is the famous ticking bomb with the 7750 sec at 6. Read about it on the forums. Mayby your lucky!

The problem is the movement is modified in the factory.

Normal 7750 has the second hand at the 12 subdial I believe, or the 9.

This 7750 has it at the 6 subdial, which requires a transfer gear. That gear goes bad quickly. Some people have had luck with the movement lasting for a while, some have died within a month of getting it.

The dealers say they have fixed it by adding an extra jewel, but from what I have read, it hasn't truely solved the issue. I love the watch, it looks fantastic, but be warned it comes with issues. The only real way to be safe is to go quartz with this one

i see that same models quartz cost 1/3
of the chrono, is it only due to the movement
or also a less quality?

Yes, the movement is much cheaper and it is not as accurate as the gen since the gen is automatic.

Either ways its a lovely watch, If it stops working you can replace the movement...Or if your feeling hardcore upgrade to a Gen movement! :)
