IWC Mark XVII good Rep or franken?

Hello mates,

Just got this watch as a present of One friend has just come back from China. My concern is about the Rep ítself?

Does is really exist any mark XVII with just a "small" Window?

What do you think about the piece? AR looks good

Model exists but this one is a very cheap rep mate.

The dial seems to look like an XVI, but is labeled as an XVII.

Holy crap. I've never seen anything like this! That caseback and case.

I have a XVII from Maker and for one, the case is way too thick. The Gen is around 10 mm whereas the watch your showing in the picture is around 15 mm.

Thanks for your answers!, you know, I always buy any rep to TDs. But a friend of mine that travel to China very often just told me, 350 bucks for a rep? I will bring you a nice piece next time I go there.. and he brought me this crap thinking he made a good deal (he jhas ust told me very proud he just paid 100 bucks!!) :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

what a watch.. chunky case, wrong dial, I thought today... WTF is this model???
