The HBB V6 Maker's version is more accurate than the Mark XVII maker's. The AR on HBB is not so good though.
Pusher falling are a common issue. I recommend to retighten them with Loctite (blue):

Mirage , have saw your amazing thread for replace the chrono pusher. Fantastic.
But I've not the attitude for dismount a watch and I don't have the tools , and if I lose a pusher I'm in shite......
It's possible fix the pushers without dismount the watch ?
Remove the pushers buttons and use the Loctite , it's possible ?
Please let me know or is until buy this watch if I must disassemble for fix the pushers... I can't.

I don't think it's possible.
Reason: you need to secure the other side of the pusher (held together by a screwed on the inside of the case) in order to unscrew and tighten the pusher.
The pusher isn't an issue on all cases but it's better to not lose them on a $350+ watch or else headaches will not end.

If you really want this watch just go ahead and you can find someone to do the pushers for you. It should take no more than 10 minutes.
