Most of the trusted dealers can get you a 3717 - and they're all the same.
I don't see any listing the swiss movement - but there's nothing wrong with the Asian 7750.

I don't think you will find a Swiss made Valjoux 7750 in a 3717 rep. I could be wrong, but if I were you I'd be happy to get one with an A7750. IMO, just buy it from a trusted dealer.
You will need to buy the Asian version from any of our dealers, then get yourself a Swiss ETA 7750 (if you really really want it), and have a watchmaker do the swap for you.

It's still a nice looking watch, but with the dials and date window so far off it's not really a particularly good "replica". However, most people have probably never seen one of these in person anyway so who cares? Just don't walk into an AD and expect to walk out with it... 
You will need to source a Swiss 7750, and have a modder swap it for you...the hands won't directly fit and will run you about $500 for the entire job/movement.
Or, find one for sale and be patient. I might be selling mine in the future. Swiss 7750, Chief AR, Vac Lume...SS bracelet. Probably worth about $1000.
