Come on. Don't you have people asking to see your clasp everyday ?I'd wear it. You will never see that!

Wait, What? I have been lied to all these years! This isn't Geneva or La Chaux-de-Fonds.
Jtime seems to have ghosted me.
Placed an order (used TD link here) on May 19th, 2024. NO communications after until I emailed them 4-5 days later...then they sent me confirmation of my order and a tracking number. That was the last I heard from them. Followed tracking number to a delivery in a place called "Tanifly, New Jersey" USA on June 7, 2024. Problem being I live 1,000 miles away in central Indiana, USA. Despite repeated/daily emails asking for help/explanation...no email from them right up to today Jun 12, 2024. Either someone put a bogus address/name in the shipping system and a dude in New Jersey is sporting a lovely, $400 USD Omega Aqua Terra replica, OR (hoping here)...Tanifly may be a transfer point where a designated person receives packages from TD's and re-ships them within US mail system. I have seen this happen many times with two other TD's...package gets here eventually, but historically the tracking number follows package all the way to me. In this case, tracking number stops in New Jersey.
Aside from lousy communications from Jtime, does it appear I have been scammed? Package delivered to wrong person/address and lost forever? OR might this just be a tracking number incorrectly naming a transfer agent and watch will be forthcoming eventually. If only Jtime would respond to my queries???????????

I never got QC pictures or any communication for that matter. Now convinced I got scammed out of $393 USD....damn filing a dispute for the money with PayPal, but don't know if that will help. Should have used a credit card instead and then disputed it...I have done that on other matters and VISA refunds the money instantly, asks questions later. As for using wrong website...I used: https://jtime.io so confused now I have no idea if it was legit or not. They didn't send to you QC pictures? It's really strange. Lana always keep in contact with customers before shipping, she send QC pictures of the watch and wait for approval before shipping. All the TD always send QC pictures for approval or reject before shipping. Li is generally very fast with communication with customers. Are you absolutely sure you used the correct website?

Before chargeback, should be a good idea to open an help desk ticket. Just open menu and you will see a list of option. Click on Help Desk. The site seems legit, but really can't understand why they didn't send to you QC pictures. Never happened to me, and Li and Lana are always been responsive and friendly. Try check your spam folder. Sometime mail are filtered, depending on what sistem you use.I never got QC pictures or any communication for that matter. You couldn't write me a big enough check to be a TD and have to deal with these people on a daily basis. Before chargeback, should be a good idea to open an help desk ticket. 90% of the content on the forum is the same crap : RWI acting as a giant customer support center....You couldn't write me a big enough check to be a TD and have to deal with these people on a daily basis.

My apologies to Jtimewatch...I did not mean to spread "false info" against your reputation...I DID mean to speak negatively of the scammers who represented themselves as YOU but in fact were simply out to scam the likes of me. Enough said...YOU are a reputable firm and hopefully I will do business with the real YOU in the future.@IndianaRog
Well man, based on what you described here, I dont think your order was placed with us.
Coz we provide QC pictures and videos for every each of our orders before shipping to customers.
Also, the price you said that you paid for the Aqua Terra watch does not look right to me neither coz our price for that watch is higher than what you paid.
I kindly suggest you to have a double check about the website domain you used and what email you are communicating with, before you spread some further faulse info against our reputation.
I apologize to Jtime for my error. Somehow I got on a look alike website, placed and order and got scammed. Lack of communication was with this bogus site NOT the genuine Jtime. Again, I apologize for making it look like they failed me...I failed me!Jtime seems to have ghosted me.

If you are insinuating other dealers would just blindly mail out a replacement watch to you before or without you sending yours back to them first, you are mistaken, that's not how it works. You would think after being here lurking for 7 years, you would know this. Jtime shows you a timographer in QC. You accepted it and I'm sure it was just a few seconds +- like any other watch. They cant help what happens in shipping, you should be happy they are willing to take it back and fix it for you, they arent obligated to. Show us your QC timographer picture.Got a JLC reverso.....runs 5+ hours fast per 24 hour period. Verified by local watch smith.
JTime wants me to mail watch back...not easy.
Won't replace until i mail watch back.
Most other reps would just mail a replacement!
