Hi guys,

how was your experience with JTime when you got a delivery with issues?

Some qc issues which you can’t see before shipment because of low resolution qc pics…

Thanks in advance for your stories with that TD.

E.g. this one - the watch has silver handles - pics show black because of bad light conditions and also the B is in real in rose gold but the pics tell another things…

I have to disagree with what you claim. I understand the clasp ding, which I find insignificant to my needs since it does not affect anything.

Knowing Lana, who does their QC, I am sure you got a lot more pictures than that that and under way better lightning. I'd recommend you post them.

For argument's sake, I bought one from Li not too long ago. I got way too many pictures. I think you just did not pay attention to your QC pics. All you argument would had been seen in the QC.

You should have the same.

Guys, I never said that I have inly one pic. You asked for one example and I delivered one - where is the problem?

Yes I have more than one pic and in many pics your handles are also black. Means not good pics.

And I clarified the color of the handles and the B and agreed with GL.

I can show you some other issues on the clasp and the crown is scratchy, will you fix it?

I asked for your experiences if something went not well with JTime. My intention is not to make Lana or Li bad because I trust them and had also one good transaction.

If you had always good transactions than I’m happy for you and with your only positive transactions you won’t be able to tell us your experiences with issues - because you had none.

You claimed that you have low resolution pictures and that your watch came with issues you did not see in the QC.

We asked you for the pictures that backup your claims.

You posted one picture that addressed the "bad pics" claim, not showing the actual clasp or plausible watch issues.

I asked for more pictures (plural) and showed you should have more, including one picture showing the hand colors.

You disagree and want more pics, for what?

Because I could very possibly be wrong. You might be misinterpreting me.

I won't fix it personally, but should you be right in your claim, you can certainly get support in getting some resolution.

Kids BS assumption. Do you think we couldn't see any flaws on our reps, or we saw but we decided not to open a new thread to whine like a spoiled little brat?

Again: I asked for your experiences with support afterwards.

The QC pics did not show clasp details, you will also not see anything if you look into your qc pics I guess.

And yes I contacted JTime.
