Everyone, please chill until I review the email exchange between the parties. Like I said, in my view this case is closed based on the fact that QC pics were not used for an appropriate purpose. But I need to be sure of that by reviewing the communication between the two parties. In the meantime, the title of the thread has been changed to something more appropriate and everyone should relax.

Ok, I reviewed the email exchange between the dealer and buyer and confirm that my initial assessment was correct. The buyer rejected the watch not because of a fault that could be rectified by the dealer but because of the buyer's concerns with the accuracy of the replication, for which the dealer cannot be held responsible.

This thread is closed and the OP is kindly asked to liaise directly with TSN about the overpayment of the refund. If there are any problems with the refund, please PM me.
