WHen I've got my payed Submariner I found that the clasp has the defect. After that I tried to solve this problem directly with puretime-watch., and sent thatm letter:

I've read a lot about you on RWI and decided to buy from your site. BUT, I found one defect on bracelet - clasp doesn't close to end. There
is only one spring-loaded holder (see attached pic.) instead of two (from both sides). Although I've bought your watch through our local site I think you could fix this problem. What do you think if you send me a piece of clasp instead of damaged?
