He has a Tudor Heritage Chrono black dial up for sale @ $2005. I compared his photos to my Gen and they look close with a couple exceptions. At the 6:00 position the words SWISS MADE are missing and the lugs on my gen look a hair thinner at the points. Other than that it looks good. Also listed is a blue dialed Heritage Chrono @ $1684 that is missing the SWISS MADE in one photo but it is present in the other photos. The photo where SWISS MADE is missing seems to have the the empty space in the minute hash marks where the words should be but the words are blurred out?
So are there Tudor Heritage Chrono reps? I did a quick search of a handful of the Trusted Dealers and didn't see any.

I asked the seller Marc for more photos of the watch and also the box and papers. He immediately sent three pics of the watch but none of the box and papers. I reverse searched all of his images to see if they were copied from somewhere. One was and it looks like a stock photo so no surprise, the rest weren't.

Update! Seller sent me a picture showing a receipt for the watch showing it as having come from Tudor as a gift... to the winner of the Historic grand prix Zandvoort in 2016. I then found this article https://tudorcollector.com/rosstalks/thrill-of-the-chase-a-winners-watch/
So it seems to me that he grabbed that Tudor paperwork photo from that linked article. When I reverse searched the Tudor receipt pic it led me right back there. The somewhat blocked picture of the back of the watch on his site doesn't exhibit the engravings that the race winners watch does.
So guys a scammer it seems

Grab some DHGate shit and sell it for 10 times as a profit, sounds like a good business...
If you can post them here! I personally would like to see and I'm sure many others would enjoy looking at them as well.
