Is this Etsy seller selling reps?

I was on Etsy and came across a Tudor Black Bay at a price no where near MSRP. The seller has boxes and papers for the watches too.

To me it appears this seller is selling reps as gens. What is the take of some of the more seasoned collectors out there?

As far as I understand he says it's "handmade" what tells its a rep.

Whether it says handmade or not to me doesn’t matter. The seller is stating it is a brand new Tudor with paper and box, not a build or a mod. I’m still okay with reporting all his “Tudor“ watches as fraudulent.

Marcacciatori, I did end up finding that “report this item” and submitted a complaint.
I also messaged the seller and asked them “is this an all original black bay built by Tudor“ and they replied to me with “Message:Yes it comes with all the original parts box and papers and warranty card”
If those are reps as suspected that seller is making a good profit on each sale.

Amongst which:

I've been noticing alot of crappy very low end fakes on etsy and fb market. The question I ask myself is "does anyone actually buy these things?" Lmao
