Is this a TD or none TD

Hi all, hope I posted in the right section,
I’m interested in buying from BRODO WATCH, after the link came up on the forum while reading info and threads, I search for them under TD but couldn’t find them, wasn’t sure if was something to do with my cookies or if I just missed them on the list, can some one tell if they are TD,
