Ask any of the TDs.

They do sell parts, if they are available that is.

Might eventually be problematic to source one, but you won't know for sure if you don't ask. Maybe best to ask 4 or 5 simultaneously to increase your chances.

Hello and WELCOME from the official RWI reception desk!

You are receiving this introduction because you either posted in the "new members say hi" section or —for the first time(s)— elsewhere. In the latter case, consider introducing yourself in the aforementioned section.

If you haven't already, please make sure to read all relevant sticky threads. They contain important and essential information such as the forum rules! Most importantly the sales rules, because you will NOT yet be eligible / allowed to sell unless you meet certain criteria / are certified first.

A good starting point is this list of resources on RWI:

Please also take another look at this important sticky that you should already have seen after logging on for the first time:

This quick anti-fraud guide is essential if you are about to order from a dealer for the first time:

If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact me or @Feefo!

We will gladly help, but please allow some time for PM responses as we have lifes outside of RWI!

Keep an eye on the m2m section as well. Cases come up now and again.

FYI, it's probably not the best idea to post WTB threads in the new member area.

If you're looking for a ***************************************** then you'll most likely have to just buy a *****************************************. Rarely do cases come up for sale and usually if they do it's a ***************************************** for people swapping from ***************************************** case lol

Yeah, unfortunately it's notoriously difficult to source parts. Straps, bracelets and accessories stuff are the easiest, but actual single watch parts are rarer. For movements, complete ones are relatively easy (depending on which one, clone mvmts are rather hard to get by) because those are also sold as independent products, but with single parts it gets trickier...

The obvious reason for this is that the producers and dealers of these relatively cheap watches don't want to bother with operating a full parts eco system similar to that of authentic watches that cost up to a 1000 times more than reps.

They ultimately prefer you buying an entirely new watch and throw away or recycle the defective one.
