Is there anyone that offers a similar service to Prof Steve in the EU?

Hi all,
As the title states, I'm looking for someone in the EU who offers AR coating for sapphire crystals. I have a CIGA skeleton watch that I absolutely love, but the crystal is cloudy. I would like to find someone who can at least apply an AR coating to improve it.
