have not taken that particular watch yet. Instead, I took my Oris Carlos Coste I just received last week from Silix. Boy was I mad at their quality control!!! Crystal arrived popped out, the crown and tube already stripped. When I took off the plastic shrink wrap, the crown just popped out, and could not screw in. The lug screw that holds the bracelet fell off into the land of the lost of my carpet.... not very happy!!! I took my Carlos Coste instead to my watch-maker to have a new crown and tube installed, and get a replacement screw for the lug. The crystal I popped back in myself by standing on the watch!!!! lol!!! One thing I also noticed was that the center link piece of the bracelet is too bubbly, and the clasp does not close flush in order to engage the proper seat in of the clasp. Boy, I love this watch so much more than my Planet Ocean, that I just can't wait to get it back after the crown gets fixed. The Planet Ocean can wait. I know it will probably cost me a butt-load of money to get the Planet Ocean fixed, so I am not in a hurry. But I will tell you that I am mad to no ends with Silix. Did not even bother to pursue the matter even more...I am just getting fixed by my own means. Not trashing Silix, because I actually really enjoyed the prompt customer response from all my emails, and who knows, I might purchase again from them, but for now I am a little upset because I was sooo looking forward to having this watch currently on my wrist!!!!
