Neither of the 2 who answered above were being 'assholes' in their replies.
Simply posting a question such as the one in this thread and waiting for the replies come in is just laziness. If everybody did it then there would be very little informative posts, just people asking questions because they can't find the answer they're looking for because the forum is full of questions.
This isn't reddit, reading up on a subject can be laborious, but that's how you acquire knowledge - by reading.
If the results in the RWI search box aren't what you want go to Google, and add 'RWI' to the end of whatever it is you're looking for.
