Sorry for my bad english.

I'm ordered PAM292 M HF from Puretime and just wondering now.
I'm got a QC pics first time and send complains about scratches, broken PVD and strange spots on case. Also i asked about movement pics.
I'm got answer from Puretime
"Dear sir
We just found the crown worked not well and it was returned to our factory.
we will help to check the other problems you said when we get it back.
pls kindly wait in patience. Thanks"

Ok, after 6 days of patience waiting i'm got new QC pics, with the same wath and the same defects. And still no movement pics.

Is it normal practice for trusted dealer? Looks like them try just cheated me.

Just give them more time, they are all busy, if you send them an email, keep nice and polite, they will sort it out.

scratches, broken PVD and strange spots on case.

The 292m is ceramic, so scratches and broken PVD on the case are unlikely. If you are talking about screw heads and/or lug bars then they can be replaced with upgraded options cheaply and not something I would refuse a watch on. Spots on the case? Is it dirt or marks or something.

Perhaps if you could post some of the QC pictures we could help you in this instance.

And there you have your answer. Angus is on the case and all is well.
We would like to see those QC pics however because I've never seen scratches on ceramic, it's almost impossible.

I'm try be very polite by email, and i'm not hurry them up.
But get after 6 days of waitng pics of the same watch, with the same defects? Is it so hard just change scrathed case to good one?
And for me is very strange that QC pics looks like photo maked by the dark night in the dark room on old pinhole camera.

About scratches on ceramic
marker 1 on the first photo and 2 on the second

there is one from old QC pics

Yup, #2 and 4 look like scratches but I'm not sure how, this stuff is incredibly hard.
#3 on the bars is probably just light.

As I said, Angus will fix it.

Yes, Angus contact with me already and say that he fixed all.

This stuff is incredibly hard when it's real ceramic, but not when it Black PVD SS.

I found the watch and checked, crown is fine, case has a scratch, it is very noticeable on the pics but not in real life under normal lighting condition and that is why my QC staff missed it, the little scratches on the lugs are minor, but I will get the whole watch replaced so everything can be fixed.

Well I'll be. I would say that's a moulding imperfection in the case rather than a scratch. First time I've seen either on a ceramic watch.

Thanks for getting it fixed Angus.

You are welcome, it is what I should do. But indeed the "scratch" should be a moulding imperfection, a ceramic case cant be scratched like that.

Definitely looks like a minor 'crack' rather than a scratch, so definitely a moulding issue. Glad this turned out ok and that you like the watch :) Great attention to detail as always Angus.

Yes, I agree with TB and Bones. The mark in the ceramic case seems the problem produced by a "metal shaving" introduced in the mould when the production process. It is not at all a scracth.

Anyway, awesome and fast conduct from Angus solving the matter.
Congrats Angus!
Congrats akav!
