exactly the same here. I received a week ago my first PAM, the 438, and have ordered today a 111 V3. I'm from the AP section and i'm used to pay +700$ for a rep with flaws. it's like being in paradise if you can have super Reps for half of the price.

These are my preferred PAM reps. Not all are super they are just my preferred
For example: maybe PAM 005 or 000 Noob V2.5 are more accurate than a KW PAM 312 (due to the inaccurate decorated movement) but the gen-like appearance of a KW PAM 312 is unbeatable and I cannot stand the inaccurate lume structure application of rep sausage dials.
But this is always a taste matter

I started with a 299 too. Then bought a 372 and then another 299, then a 288, then a 243, then a 382 and now my second 243 is on it's way. I've also got plans to buy my third 299 in the new year.
It is my favourite Pam.
I still have the first one I bought about a year and half ago. The second one I sold almost straight away after buying it as I'd over spent last Christmas and the planned third purchase is so I have nice mint fresh one in the box to gaze lovingly at.
Oh right I see, that's good to know you like them. I haven't found that many people with them. Seems like most people don't like bracelet PAMs.
It would seem that way. Let me tell you the bracelet on the 299 is made extremely well and up there with gen quality workmanship.
My first 299 is still going strong despite being treated as a daily beater and you definitely have made a good choice for your first Pam.
i think i have the same symptoms as yours. As soon as i receive the QC of my PAM 111,
i started to look out for 47mm PAM. Now my 389 on it's way.

Thanks, I think I've made the right choice as well. Love the look, and after reading up about it through ALE's guide, and a couple of other peoples recommendations. Decided it was a good one to go for, being my first. Plus the price played a part being $120 cheaper from Toro.
It's quite funny I've told a few people at work I'm getting a replica, they all say it's going to be junk and fall to bits a couple of days after I've had it. Going to be great showing them, how wrong they are.

Be prepared for some of those same people to ask you where they can buy reps from once they see yours.
