I would rate them as quite equivalent from the outside, but would be in favor of Clean's DD3285 movement. If you're constantly rotating the bezel you may wanna get the C+

Yes. They are indeed 2 different Factories.
There are also many fake Clean Factory stuff. Do be careful and buy only from the TDs bunch.
