Is Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Really All That?

I just got into the rep hobby a few months ago and was on the fence on whether or not to buy the BPFF. A lot of people hyped it up, so I gave into the pressure. I own quite a few gens and I must say, the BPFF is all that IMHO. It's a beautiful watch, has good weight, great details, and I find myself wearing it more than my gens. If you're looking for another rep. and still undecided, I would highly recommend it.

I'd be interested in hearing from other owners as well.

This is great feedback. I was so impressed with the rep, I've been pricing out trying to save for a gen. If it's that 1:1 my money might be better spent on another gen.

I lucked out on m2m next door at RWG and picked up a minty condition noob one with Asian movement for £200 including fees and delivery. That's less than $300 at current exchange rates.

On the Blanpain FF with Anti Radiation Dial I'm assuming its the same case and since I have a big wrist can anyone tell me the dimensions of the strap. At the lugs?, At the buckle? I imagine the length is standard 125 X 75 which is to small but before I can get Gunny or Hamilton to make me a strap I need to know lug and buckle size???? Anyone? Bueller?

100% Agree the only one you need to please and make happy is yourself. You can never Love anyone until you learn to love yourself, You cant help anyone unless you first protect yourself. There is no TRY either Do or Do Not.

I have had all 3 but sold the rose gold. Too red for me. Formal. Can't tell from pics if it's the right color. Love the no radiations. They are all beautiful
