Placed an order on Nov 21 for a Rolex GMT model the Batman version but my excitement diminished quite quick.
No QC pictures were shared despite multiple requests.
I did receive a tracking number for a shipment that appears to be incorrect and shows a failed delivery in New Jersey when my address is in Canada.
REPEATED EMAILS sent on various Intime email id's to follow up and all of them went unanswered.
Total silence so far and I didn't expect this lack of customer care and service from a so called Trusted Dealer.
I am surprised how they are considered a TD with such a poor and cold blatant neglect on repeated follow up requests.
The current order status on Intime site shows it's on hold with no detalis.
I feel like I have been SCAMMED with no line of sight to my watch.
Paypal also refused my dispute with the excuse that this transaction is not covered by their purchase protection policy.
Based on my experience I can't recommend Intime Watch for any other potential customers and expecially payments with Paypal method (expect xero protection from paypal).
I have had decent experiences from Trusty and Jtime but no luck with Intime.
I have heard Ryan from Intime here is pretty responsive so hopefully he can look into it and recover my order delivery.
