Intime06.co screwed me badly

I ordered an APSF Datejust 41 from Intime06.co (link: https://www.intime06.co/rollie/9130...n-blue-dial-on-ss-oyster-bracelet-sa3235.html )

According to the description and photos on the website, a decorated SA3235 movement should be installed. Unfortunately, only a very cheaply built movement arrived. In addition, only 2 screws on the bracelet could be loosened. Intime06 replied that I should squirt oil on the screws and that they made a mistake with the movement. But they want me to send the watch back in new condition at my own risk. This is of course not possible because I have already tried to loosen every screw on the bracelet. I asked Intime06 if they could just send me the correct movement or refund me so I could buy one. Since then, Intime06 hasn't responded. I am very disappointed and wanted to warn everyone to order from there

if they would send me the SA3235, I could exchange it myself. but they are stubborn. very bad customer service

Based on my experience the person that posted the photos made the error and nobody noticed. We shall see how they fix the problem.

far as i knew rolex used free sprung balance

neither of those are

They have now written to me that they will take the watch back "EVEN" if it looks used. But the return shipping would be at my expense and risk. I replied that they should just send me the movement that actually belongs in it. So i can put it in myself. just have to check if the dial fits

I'm sure other members will chime in, but your assumptions are pure clownery. Do you know how long Intime has been a TD on this forum ? How many transactions they have successfully completed ? I can tell you that I personally have bought every AP I've had through them. Ryan has gone out of his way in the past to source parts and other items I needed. Personally I think you don't even know what you were buying, nor what you received. If Intime made a mistake ( OMG ), then I'd assume that through proper mitigation it can be solved. I can only imagine how some of you communicate with the TD when something like this happens. Every TD on this forum has made a mistake at some point. No one is perfect. Before dribbling all over your keyboard, it would be a good idea to make the situation good by working something out.
