Hi, I'm from the New Orleans area and am glad I found this site.
Just a question about In time. I ordered a GMT II Pepsi and was charged the $30 on the intime website. I was directed to their 2nd website where I ordered random stuff totalling the amount of their primary site. I get a call from fraud prevention telling me that I was being charged an additional $30 with the total amount being billed by 3 different companies. Has anyone experienced this? Thank you so much for your feedback. Paul.

Which URL are you buying from exactly? What are your payment methods? Be careful out there.

Hi, for the purchase I used intime06.io and to buy the random stuff I was directed to rothenwatch.com. The receipt from rothenwatch indicates the correct charge. I don't get the additional $30 that's not listed on the receipt and the total amount being charged by 3 different companies. I used a Mastercard. Thanks!

Ryans correct website is intime06.co - you seem to be on a wrong domain.
I would never pay with a credit card, just to risky. ask ryan for help, and if he cant help, open up a ticket. Situation is not clear for me here.

I don’t think that Ryan is in a position to help, except to facilitate a new order with him. It sounds as if the OP has sent his money to a fake site... worse he has handed over his CC details and that could cost him a lot more.

His bank can pullback the money, and stop card till anything more is made would be my first step.
That happens when you just take your time of 5 days reading "how to's" and "dont's".
Sad.

sorry who are?
extra $30 seems normal since you're paying by credit card through a payment portal. maybe the random item invoice is a prevention by the td in case of a chargeback.

IF you used the correct site would message/email Ryan privately to confirm that the payment is received and order being processed to put your mind at rest.

Hello and WELCOME from the official RWI reception desk!

You are receiving this introduction because you either posted in the "new members say hi" section or —for the first time(s)— elsewhere. In the latter case, consider introducing yourself in the aforementioned section.

If you haven't already, please make sure to read all relevant sticky threads. They contain important and essential information such as the forum rules! Most importantly the sales rules, because you will NOT yet be eligible / allowed to sell unless you meet certain criteria / are certified first.

A good starting point is this list of resources on RWI:

Please also take another look at this important sticky that you should already have seen after logging on for the first time:

This quick anti-fraud guide is essential if you are about to order from a dealer for the first time:

If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact me or @Feefo!

We will gladly help, but please allow some time for PM responses as we have lifes outside of RWI!

1. Never use your real credit card, only single-use virtual cards. That's mentioned in plenty of guides, stickies and related threads.

2. $30 extra charge seems about right. Usually, the merchant pays the 1 to 2 % credit card fee. But this ain't Amazon. TDs normally don't pay the fee for you, if they even take credit cards, that is. Most don't. Ryan does... The fees are on you.

Yes .io is his correct site. However, after putting the item in your basket and go to checkout. I'm re-directed to another site to buy random items equalling the amount of the purchase price at in time. From what I read on here that's how he has it set up. Thing is, is that the total amount is billed by 3 different companies, one for 600 another for $48 and another for $1.99...
I'll see what Ryan has to say before I resubmit payment. Thanks!

Yes .io is his correct site
STOP STOP STOP going to the .io site and listen to derjenigewelcher. Here is the link to the real Intime https://www.intime06.co

Hope your credit company did stop any charge going to the other site you used and will issue you a new card. That site has your name, address and who knows what else you gave them.

IO is not even registered

CO (as I always mentioned) is the real site.

Lot of confusion here.
