Did you contact them through here, their contact info? Or did you google them and sent money to a fake site? Patience is the key here, these things take time. IF you did in fact buy from the real Intime, they will respond and everything will be okay. I question whether you are dealing with the actual TD. Your post is very "hit and run".

2) website you used.
