Funny thing is there are several very famous peeps on the fora and most of you guys have NFI just who you are rubbing shoulders with. Most of them prefer it that way. Ann is upfront, thats all. AFIK so far. Time will tell.

I hear ya, Col. I've posted on a lot of forums, musical and not, and I know better than anyone (I got scammed for 2 YEARS by a fake guy online who was pretending he was something and someone else - naive, young, excessively trusting, and homeschooled I was
) there's a need for a healthy dose of skepticism. So I posted up the pic 7thexile asked for and hopefully that will help out. Similarly, if you have any ideas as to how I can put the peeps on here at ease that I'm not trying to make fools of anyone but rather, just make friends and have some fun , please let me know and I'll do my best to do it....Just ignore them and be yourself. Those on the internet are always sceptical of people who are good looking. They think being online is for fakes and ugly people only. Kind of like those dating services. :lol:

Oh, I never laugh at the dating services - I met my fiancee on hotornot (true story!!! :-D)....I don't mind proving I'm not a faker - I've had to on a few forums - even prove that my recordings aren't faked, too...!!! And besides, I've gotten taken myself in the past (as I mentioned in my past to Col) and I imagine we've all had bad experiences online with people....sooo...if a few personalized pix for the site make people here more comfortable with me, I'm all for it...

Everyone I'm close to (aside from family) I've actually gotten acquainted with online and then met in person after a month or so of e-mailing
....nO.......behave its not what I meant. The low res photos of a web cam make good candidates for photoshop.

Yes, I had a hard time with that. It's literally the camera that is built into my computer so it's not awesome, though with a little lighting correction I was able to make it presentable
