i can't take sides because i have never dealt with T4D nor do i know the OP well enough.
however, it has been pretty well established that whilst T4D has competitive prices, his customer service is almost non existant. i have read other threads about T4D where existing customers say no communication from date of purchase to date of receipt was ever received - and thats OK if you can handle not having a babysitter. i guess at the end of the day what matters is that you get your watch and you are happy with the price you paid for it. in this sense, T4D delivers.
having said that, OP i don't think it was necessary for you to respond the way you did to Robert's PM. OK sure he may have been out of line but when you stoop to his level or lower, all you've done is justified his impression of you as a noob that isn't worth dealing with.
