To be frank with you,

None of us know.

The rep you are talking about was made many years ago, no longer made, the factory that made it is no longer in production of this replica. Furthermore it's a very niche replica that isn't replicated anymore as well.

So basically, there's no spare parts. And noone on the forum knows.

The best bet you have, is instead of asking us, is to take it to a watch maker, and let him evaluate. He can probably determine for you if you can buy some stock off the shelf crown to replace it, or at the very least, give you dimensions of the crown you need to source.

That's the best advice you're gonna get to be honest.
