As a previous customer of Andrew I hear what your saying about his service and I agree he has about the best customer service you can expect from a dealer (except for maybe WBK, which has been exceptional), has come through many times for his customers, has fixed any problem I had quickly, and was able to get parts for me when others refused. However my last purchase was a bait and switch with a so sorry my guys screwed up excuse, a small refund, and a offer of discount for my next buy. I never did buy again because he was removed from here, his dishonesty was proven by others, and I didn't like the excuses of so sorry my guys make a mistake. Now most of the time hes gonna come through for you and thats a given and a proven record for him, but when your the guy getting screwed its very unplesant. That said I read your review for what it is, not a shill, not a bring him back thread, a honest review of your dealing with him.

- how is that different from what what I see all the time from our TDs? Except you also got a small refund. That is somewhat rare.
Bait and switch happens all the time with our TDs as well. The past notwithstanding, the only difference I can see between Trusty and most of our TDs (Narikaa and WBK excluded) is that Trusty has much better communications and customer service at a higher price.

If someone posted a complaint, we would just say go to RG and complain there. Because they are not trusted here. Right?

I dont know why that would be the case Q5 - Puretime is getting good and bad (mostly bad ATM!) but good and bad - why would Andrew be different?

Let me also say I'm no fan of promoting dealers that are not TDs here, however some will go that route no matter what and to those that do becareful because you have no backing of RWI if you do.

From now on I'll refrain myself from saying whatever about whoever. I regret posting this thread already. People are twisting my words way too much. Don't get me wrong, I love our dealers and I'll keep using MR just and only but you guys are acting ridiculous hating on someone over the internet. If that was PureTime or Tony or any other trusted RWI dealer that did this for a customer, you guys will be f*cking worshiping him. Everyone needs to get over this whole "cartel" bullsh*t and be happy. Jesus
QQ, no don't feel like that, you can post what you want, its good that you posted what you did and no one should feel a need to keep quite about their dealings with any dealer, good or bad either way.
I have to say I agree if it was one of typical dealers we would be hearing the hes so great, hes the best dealer ever, thats why I use him and blah, blah, blah, problem is alot of guys are still holding back their real dealings and are scared to tell the truth about the crap they get because they think their dealer won't send them version whatever of the next greatest sub, po, or whatever the F it is. We need guys that will stand up and be honest about what their getting and the BS thats being pulled.
