Does the 389 tend to wear a bit smaller due to the bezel and what not ?A 47mm PAM will look great on your wrist.
Looks like kilo and I are agreed on the 390.![]()
As a matter of fact we agree about the fiddy as well![]()
Well.. I have a 312.. So there's that haha. But I think you just named every case combo less splitting the Luminor into 1950s and standardHere is a breakdown of what you need (LOL):
1 44mm Luminor
1 45mm Radiomir
1 47mm 1950
1 47mm Radiomir
1 vintage
1 44mm Sub
1 47mm Sub
That seems about right as a balanced start.
I'm on a slippery slope aren't I ..Yes, PAMs are all about case types and materials as far as I am concerned. It is not really about complications for me.
Oh godThe 47mm subs are relatively thicker than the other 47mm PAMs. If you like the 372, it's a great watch, as well as the 127. The 390/000/005 will be a nice addition since you like the 44mm Luminor base case, but would provide a different experience with the sausage dial versus the sandwich. I really like the 346/180 for a manual wind Radiomir, but the 388 would be auto and similar to your 312. A lot of members like the 243 since it's 44mm, a sub and offers easy strap changes. I also like the 297 on a bracelet or black strap. So many choices. Take a look at the daily PAM thread and see what speaks to you the most. For me, I love the simple elegance of the 44mm/45mm base case and actually prefer manual wind. I can wear a 47mm 1950s or sub on my flat 6.5" wrist without the lugs going over, so don't let that scare you if you find a model you like.
Nice. If I got 47mm Rad its going to be the 514 thoughHave you consider the 622? It's my new fav. Love the simple look without the CG.
